To start out with, try the jalapeno cornbread with maple butter or the traditional street tacos. Lighter items include a variety of fresh salads and sandwiches, like the blackened shrimp chopped salad and the New Orleans style shrimp po-boy. For something a little more substantial, try the buttermilk fried chicken, the St.Louis Ribs, lobster mac and cheese, or the Cajun jambalaya.
