Though the Myrtle Beach area is known for pristine beaches and ideal outdoor weather, we do have the occasional rainy day from time to time. But fret not –if you happen to experience a day with bad weather while staying at The Holiday Inn, you will quickly find that the area is more than prepared. We have laid out for you our list of favorite Myrtle Beach rainy day activities along the Grand Strand so you and your family are not stuck inside waiting for the storm to pass! From museums to theaters and everything in between, you and your family will not be short of rainy day entertainment.
Grab the gang and head just a few steps from your room to the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and check out one of the many local arcades. Not only are the area arcades an affordable way to entertain the family during a rainy day, they also provide a certain sense of nostalgia that can’t be found anywhere else. Check out the Fun Plaza or the Gay Dolphin Arcade that are both right along the boardwalk.
