We highly recommend taking a walk down the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and dining at one of the 20 restaurants it has to offer, including some with beautiful oceanfront views! A few of our favorites include Landshark Bar and Grill, Pier House Restaurant, and New York Pizza Kitchen. Be sure to check out Mad Myrtle’s Ice Cream for dessert! If you are up for a short drive, Broadway at the Beach is another great location. Broadway at the Beach is located just 2 miles from us and is has restaurant options for even the pickiest of eaters.

Sometimes you need a break from the sun, and luckily Myrtle Beach has no shortage when it comes to entertainment options, especially on weekends! The Boardwalk is another awesome spot for various types of attractions including The Sky Wheel, Ripley’s Believe it or Not, The Gay Dolphin Arcade, and more! Along with great restaurants, Broadway at the Beach also has entertainment options perfect for your families such as WonderWorks, Ripley’s Aquarium, TopGolf, Soar & Explore, Hollywood Wax Museum, and many more.

Myrtle Beach Shopping
No weekend getaway is complete without a quick shopping trip! The Grand Strand area has many shopping malls and centers and luckily for you, most of these are close to the Holiday Inn! For a quick trip, stroll down the Boardwalk and check out the different shops it has to offer. Our favorites? Tsunami Surf Shop and The Gay Dolphin Gift Shop. Broadway at the Beach also has some great shops for you to check out. If you are looking for a more serious shopping excursion, we highly recommend a quick drive down to The Market Common. The Market Common is an outdoor shopping center that is located 5 miles south of us and features shops such as Pottery Barn, Anthropologie, Southern Living, Bijuju, Barnes & Noble, and lots more!
